Therapy Services
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. You don’t have to navigate this alone—healing becomes possible with the right support.
What Therapy Feels Like
Therapy with me is a calm, compassionate space where you can breathe, slow down, and talk freely without judgment. I’ll move gently at your pace, explore what you’re carrying with care, and use evidence-based tools to help you feel more grounded, supported, and steady as you move forward.

If you’re reading this, you may be carrying more than anyone around you realizes. You might be exhausted from holding everything together, hurting in ways you can’t always explain, or feeling like you’ve lost pieces of yourself along the way. I want you to know this: you don’t have to go through this alone, and there is real hope for healing.
My work is grounded in compassion, safety, and the deep belief that people can rewrite even the most painful parts of their story. I care very much about creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood — a space where you can breathe for a moment, stop pretending you’re fine, and finally let someone help you carry what’s been too heavy for too long.
My own life has shaped this passion. I came to the United States as a refugee from Poland during the Cold War, and my early years were marked by poverty, trauma, and constant uncertainty. I know what it feels like to be afraid, to feel alone, and to wonder if things will ever get better. I also know what healing feels like: slow, real, powerful.
These experiences gave me a deep sense of empathy and a quiet confidence that people can survive the unthinkable and still grow into strength, peace, and meaning.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University, and I’ve dedicated my life to helping adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, traumatized, or lost. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based tools that help you feel more steady and regulated, one step at a time.
Outside of therapy, I’m a mother of five, married to someone who has walked beside me through many chapters, and I foster and train Australian Cattle Dogs. I find grounding in nature, hiking, gardening, reading, and photography — the same practices that help me stay connected, calm, and present with my clients.
If you’re ready, or even just curious, I would be honored to walk with you as you heal, rebuild, and rediscover who you are underneath all the pain.
You deserve support. You deserve safety. You deserve a life that feels full of hope again.
