Trauma
I specialize in supporting individuals as they navigate and heal from traumatic experiences. Using powerful, evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I help clients gently process trauma, regain their sense of control, and move toward a more peaceful, empowered life.
Severe Mental Health
I compassionately support individuals experiencing severe mental health issues, such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients manage symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and improve overall quality of life in a supportive, structured therapeutic environment.
OCD
I offer specialized, compassionate care for individuals struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Utilizing Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based approach, I help clients confront anxiety-provoking thoughts and behaviors, reduce compulsions, and achieve lasting relief and freedom in their daily lives.
